Compliance Audit Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly capable Compliance Audit Manager to support internal audit coverage over regulatory compliance topics across the Bybit Group. The role will plan and execute risk‑based audits, evaluate control effectiveness and help enhance the compliance framework in multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct preliminary research and regulatory scanning to identify emerging risks and jurisdictional differences.
• Perform end‑to‑end compliance and AML/CTF audits, including control design assessment and operating effectiveness testing.
• Prepare clear audit reports, present findings to stakeholders and track remediation progress.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Risk and Operations teams to gather information and ensure effective remediation.
• Stay updated on global AML/CTF regulations and crypto oversight frameworks to inform audit planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Business, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in internal audit, compliance audit, AML/CTF or related risk roles within financial services or crypto.
• Experience with AML/CTF, sanctions, KYC, transaction monitoring and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Exposure to cryptocurrency exchange operations or blockchain analytics is a strong advantage.
