Compliance Counsel – Investigations (Legal & Compliance)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Compliance Counsel to lead and support fraud, bribery and corruption investigations across our client’s global operations. You will work closely with the wider Compliance function to design, implement and deliver policies and procedures that align with ambitious business objectives while ensuring full compliance with local and international laws.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support local and international investigations into fraud, bribery and corruption.
• Design, implement and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Provide training and guidance to business units on compliance matters.
• Collaborate with the Head of Compliance and other stakeholders to act as a trusted business partner.
• Monitor and mitigate internal and external compliance risks.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer (UK or US) from a top‑tier law firm or an in‑house lawyer at a global organisation.
• Minimum of 8 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
• Demonstrated experience leading fraud, bribery and corruption investigations.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Regional experience is desirable, but strong candidates outside the Middle East will be considered.
