Concept Architect - Visualizer

About the role

Azizi, a Dubai-based developer building residential and commercial properties in the UAE, is hiring a Visualizer Architect to report to the Design Manager - Concept. Working from the Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards office in Dubai, the role covers conceptualizing, designing and visualizing architectural projects so they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Create photorealistic renderings using 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona or similar rendering software
• Develop and present architectural concepts through detailed 3D models and renderings
• Visualize interior and exterior spaces and prepare design presentations, mood boards and visual storytelling
• Research materials, finishes and construction techniques to keep designs innovative and feasible
• Collaborate with architects, designers and stakeholders to understand project needs
• Produce animations and virtual reality experiences and ensure deliverables meet timelines and quality standards

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture
• Minimum of 3 years of experience; proven experience as a Design Architect with a strong portfolio
• Familiarity with local authorities' guidelines
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to work independently and in teams

Required skills

• Advanced 3ds Max and V-Ray (or similar) rendering
• AutoCAD for drafting and Revit for BIM
• SketchUp for conceptual designs
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for post-production and presentations
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of rendering workflows, lighting techniques and material creation
