About the role

Our Guest Experience Experts create memorable stays by delivering a wide range of services throughout a guest’s visit. As a Concierge Agent you will guide guests, process operational needs, address requests, and share local highlights, ensuring every interaction feels part of the experience. You will work closely with other hotel teams, ensuring seamless service delivery while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Process operational needs and complete required reports.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide personalized recommendations.
• Share highlights of the local area and assist with bookings and reservations.
• Move around the property, handling objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Assist guests with transportation and luggage handling.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and be on feet for extended periods.
