About the role

Atlantis The Palm, part of Kerzner International, is looking for a Concierge in Dubai. The Concierge is central to the guest stay and to creating memorable experiences, working closely with guests and surrounding teams to anticipate and delight them. The team has strong knowledge of food and beverage, hotel operations, and local Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with all guests to deliver detailed service options and create tailored itineraries
• Arrange tours and transport for guests
• Handle a wide range of guest bookings, before and after the stay
• Manage pre- and post-stay correspondence
• Share up-to-date knowledge with the team to keep it world-class

Required profile

• A true passion for service delivery and a natural, anticipatory style of service
• Ability to work closely with guests and teams
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Advantageous: conversing in Russian, Arabic, Chinese, French or German
