About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Concierge to join Anantara Downtown Dubai, a luxury hotel brand that blends Thai hospitality with contemporary elegance. In this role you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations and creates lasting memories.
Key responsibilities
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to inquiries with politeness, efficiency and friendliness.
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services and local attractions.
- Manage bell‑desk and transportation operations, coordinating luggage handling and guest transfers.
- Act as an information provider, diplomat, salesperson, ticket manager and public‑relations representative for the hotel.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to promote hotel services and enhance the guest experience.
Required profile
- Passion for generosity, warmth and heartfelt hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, luxury environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
