Concierge Specialist - Travel & Reservations

About the role

Skyluxxe Concierge Travel, an Abu Dhabi-based luxury travel and concierge company, designs tailored journeys for private clients, executives, families and discerning travellers, with aviation at the centre of its expertise. It is seeking an experienced Concierge Specialist to manage flight and hotel reservations and coordinate personalised travel services, from quotation to confirmation and throughout each client's journey.

Key responsibilities

• Manage flight reservations in Amadeus, including fare quotes, ticketing, reissues, cancellations and refunds
• Arrange hotel and resort bookings, checking room categories, rates, inclusions and cancellation terms
• Coordinate VIP airport services, meet-and-assist, chauffeur transfers and bespoke itineraries
• Prepare accurate quotations, itineraries and booking confirmations
• Liaise with airlines, hotels and partners to confirm arrangements and resolve issues
• Maintain client preferences and booking records with full confidentiality

Required profile

• IATA qualification
• 2-3 years' experience in flight and hotel reservations
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple bookings under pressure
• Discreet and service-focused, with a strong sense of ownership

Required skills

• Advanced Amadeus skills (PNR management, fare rules, ticketing, reissues and refunds)
• Strong knowledge of hotel booking processes and rate conditions

Advantageous: experience with luxury or VIP travellers and additional languages.
