Concierge Supervisor – Abu Dhabi Edition

About the role

The Concierge Supervisor leads the concierge team at The Abu Dhabi EDITION, ensuring guests receive personalized service and seamless assistance throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning, coordinating with appropriate providers.
• Provide guests with information about property amenities, local events, and activities.
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, and inquiries, directing them to the relevant department.
• Review shift logs and daily memos, prioritizing outstanding requests from the previous day.
• Monitor inventory and order general office supplies.
• Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and coaching staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and uniform standards.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities.
• Coordinate with Bell and Housekeeping to resolve guest issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate logbooks documenting guest interactions and service outcomes.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 pounds as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
