Concierge Supervisor – Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Concierge Supervisor leads the guest services team at the Abu Dhabi EDITION, ensuring every guest request is handled promptly and with the brand’s signature hospitality. This role combines operational oversight with direct guest interaction to create memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests for transportation, reservations, dry‑cleaning and other special arrangements, coordinating with appropriate providers.
• Gather and provide guests with information about property amenities, local events and activities.
• Answer, record and process all guest calls, messages and concerns, directing them to the right department.
• Monitor shift logs, prioritize outstanding requests from previous days and ensure they are resolved.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and order as needed.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating and coaching staff.
• Report accidents, injuries and safety concerns, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related guest‑services experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
