Construction Foreman – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to lead our site operations in Abu Dhabi. The role involves supervising daily activities, managing workers and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities.
• Manage and lead site workers, subcontractors, and labor teams.
• Ensure work complies with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor productivity and meet project deadlines.
• Enforce health and safety regulations on‑site.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other site personnel.
• Inspect work progress and resolve site‑related issues promptly.
• Maintain records of daily site activities, manpower, and materials.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and machinery.

Required profile

• 5–6 years of experience as a Foreman in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and site safety practices.
• Fluent in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
