Construction Foreman – Villa Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to lead on‑site activities for residential villa projects in Dubai. The role involves supervising all civil and finishing works from sub‑structure through to handover, ensuring quality, schedule and safety standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily villa construction tasks including excavation, foundations, blockwork, plastering, screed, tiling, painting, waterproofing, MEP coordination and external works.
• Allocate work to masons, steel fixers, carpenters, helpers and subcontractors to meet the project programme for each villa.
• Ensure execution follows approved architectural/structural drawings, method statements and specifications.
• Monitor workmanship, dimensions and finishes, taking corrective action to maintain quality.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, MEP teams, QA/QC and safety officers for inspections and issue resolution.
• Plan and manage manpower, materials, tools and equipment for smooth daily operations.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks, enforce HSE rules and ensure proper use of PPE.
• Maintain daily site records: attendance, progress per villa, material usage and site reports.
• Support snagging, client/consultant inspections and handover activities as directed.

Required profile

• Minimum 4–6 years experience as a Construction Foreman on villa projects in the UAE (G+1/G+2 residential villas, townhouses or similar).
• Diploma / ITI / Technical qualification in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings, BOQs and method statements.
• Solid knowledge of villa construction methods, finishes and UAE site practices.
• Good leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills; able to manage multicultural teams.
• Familiarity with MOHRE and UAE site safety regulations and authority requirements (DM, DDA, DEWA) is an advantage.
