Construction Helper – Al Ain

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Helper to support construction and marine projects in Al Ain. The role involves assisting skilled tradespeople, handling tools and equipment, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up tools, equipment and materials at work sites.
• Assist carpenters, fitters, masons and other team members as required.
• Operate hand tools, power tools and basic machinery.
• Support the storekeeper in organizing and managing material stock.
• Clean and organize tools, equipment and work areas after each shift.
• Work in various environments, including near shorelines and confined spaces, while adhering to safety protocols.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of construction or marine‑related experience in the UAE.
• Overall 5 years of experience in a similar field.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labour.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to follow PPE requirements.
• Flexibility to work in different weather conditions and environments.
• Basic English language skills for effective communication.
