About the role
A major construction project in Abu Dhabi is looking for physically fit and hardworking Construction Helpers. You will provide essential physical support on site, helping skilled tradespeople and keeping the site safe and productive. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
Key responsibilities
- Clear debris and hazards to keep the workspace clean
- Load, unload and transport materials, machinery and tools
- Assist carpenters, plumbers and electricians by holding materials or passing tools
- Help assemble and dismantle scaffolding, bracing and barricades
- Dig trenches, backfill holes and compact earth with manual tools
- Operate basic machinery such as drills, saws, grinders and concrete mixers
Required profile
- Fresher; no prior experience required
- Ability to work 10-hour shifts in challenging outdoor conditions
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety regulations
- Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi
