Construction Manager – General

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead on‑site activities for high‑profile energy projects. The successful candidate will ensure that construction works are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality, safety and environmental standards for our client in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise all on‑site construction activities across multiple disciplines.
• Monitor project progress against schedule and budget, taking corrective actions when required.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental procedures and standards.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to achieve seamless execution.
• Prepare and present regular reports on performance, risks and issues to senior management.
• Maintain project documentation and uphold in‑house construction management procedures.

Required profile

• Proven track record in managing large, complex construction projects, preferably in the oil, gas or energy sector.
• Strong understanding of construction management processes, budgeting and scheduling.
• Experience working with high‑profile clients and delivering projects to stringent quality and safety standards.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate subcontractors effectively.
