Construction Manager – Infrastructure

About the role

The Construction Manager (Infrastructure) will lead the delivery of large‑scale infrastructure works for master‑planned developments in Dubai. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and meet all local authority requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end infrastructure construction activities, including roads, highways, wet and dry utilities, street lighting, and public realm works.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, budgets and schedules while monitoring contractor performance, quality, safety and productivity.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, utility authorities, internal development teams and government bodies to obtain approvals, NOCs and handover clearances.
• Oversee progress valuations, variation orders, contractor claims, extension of time requests and payment certifications, preferably under FIDIC contracts.
• Lead QA/QC processes, review method statements, material approvals, inspection test plans and close‑out documentation.
• Supervise testing, commissioning, snagging, as‑built documentation, O&M manuals and final authority sign‑offs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant construction experience, with proven infrastructure construction management experience in Dubai.
• Hands‑on experience delivering master‑planned communities, residential villa, apartment and mixed‑use multi‑phase projects.
• Strong working knowledge of RTA approvals, Dubai Municipality, Dubai Development Authority, utility providers and NOC processes.
