Construction Manager

About the role

Mobco Group is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead major construction activities for large‑scale projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record on mega‑projects such as high‑rise buildings, luxury villas and residential developments in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee complete construction activities from mobilisation through completion and handover.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Plan and monitor schedules, resources, manpower, materials and equipment.
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements and quality standards.
• Coordinate closely with consultants, clients, technical, commercial and project management teams.
• Monitor progress, productivity and HSE compliance, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Identify risks, delays and issues, implementing mitigation measures and reporting to senior management.

Required profile

• 15+ years of construction management experience, preferably on mega or large‑scale projects in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Strong experience with luxury villa developments, high‑rise buildings or other major building projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large site teams and multiple subcontractors.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Currently based in the UAE and available for immediate transfer, preferably Dubai‑based or ready to relocate.
