Construction Manager – Lead Mega Projects in Dubai

About the role

Join a leading international construction and engineering group expanding across the UAE. As Construction Manager you will oversee the execution of large‑scale, multidisciplinary building and infrastructure projects that shape Dubai’s iconic skyline.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily construction activities across multiple work areas and ensure alignment with approved schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary site teams, including Project Engineers, Site Engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and specialist contractors.
• Supervise civil, structural, architectural and MEP works while monitoring progress and identifying risks.
• Review and optimise construction methodologies to improve site productivity.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings with consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Support procurement and logistics to guarantee uninterrupted execution.
• Promote a strong Health, Safety & Environment culture throughout the workforce.
• Prepare progress reports for senior management and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience on large‑scale construction projects.
• At least 5 years in a Construction Manager or Senior Site Manager role.
• Proven track record delivering high‑value commercial, residential or hospitality developments.
