Construction Manager – Mega Projects in Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the execution of large‑scale, multidisciplinary construction projects in Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering landmark residential, hospitality, commercial and infrastructure developments safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily construction activities across multiple work areas.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary site teams, subcontractors and specialist contractors.
• Ensure project execution aligns with approved schedules and budgets.
• Supervise civil, structural, architectural and MEP works.
• Monitor progress, identify risks early and implement mitigation measures.
• Review and optimise construction methodologies to improve site productivity.
• Guarantee compliance with project specifications, engineering drawings and international standards.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings with consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Support procurement and logistics to maintain uninterrupted execution.
• Promote a strong Health, Safety & Environment culture across the workforce.
• Prepare progress reports for senior management and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience on large‑scale construction projects.
• At least 5 years in a Construction Manager or Senior Site Manager role.
• Proven track record managing high‑value commercial, residential or hospitality developments.
