Construction Manager (Offshore Site – 6 weeks on/ 3 weeks off rotation)

About the role

KBR is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead an offshore oil and gas project. The position is based initially at the contractor office in Abu Dhabi and later moves to the offshore site, operating on a 6‑weeks‑on / 3‑weeks‑off rotation schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all construction activities on the offshore site, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate daily operations between the Abu Dhabi office and the offshore location.
• Manage brownfield modification works and detailed engineering deliverables.
• Ensure the project complies with FEED/EPC specifications for mega‑scale contracts exceeding US$1 billion.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
• At least 8 years of hands‑on experience in offshore projects.
• Proven track record in brownfield modification and large‑scale FEED/EPC projects.
• Minimum 8 years in a similar senior construction management role on projects larger than US$1 billion.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mandatory).
