Construction Manager / Superintendent

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction Manager with a proven track record in overseeing and coordinating all on‑site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards for a high‑profile client.

Key responsibilities

• Assure quality and integrity of each project, delivering on schedule and within budget.
• Oversee total construction field effort to ensure compliance with design, specifications, budgets and schedules.
• Manage construction and contractor deliverables, supervising all areas on small projects or subsets on larger projects.
• Control project cost and schedule for assigned disciplines, coordinating supply, delivery, and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety, quality and environmental responsibilities are defined, communicated and adhered to on site.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of oil and gas industry experience, including at least 5 years on major capital projects (> USD 500 M) with a focus on construction and site management.
• Experience within an oil and gas operating company is highly desired.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel extensively and adapt work location as project needs dictate.
• Qualified to obtain a CICPA and a UAE work visa.
