Construction Manager – 50+ Storey High‑Rise

About the role

The Impact Pro is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for a leading contracting company in Dubai. This site‑focused leadership role requires proven delivery of 50–60+ storey high‑rise projects, overseeing all aspects of site operations, subcontractor management and multidisciplinary coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring progress, quality, safety and cost control.
• Coordinate design, structural and MEP interfaces and supervise subcontractors.
• Prepare and present progress reports, shop drawings, permits and change orders.
• Allocate resources, schedule activities and troubleshoot on‑site issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10–15+ years of construction experience, specifically on high‑rise buildings of 50–60 storeys.
• Previous managerial role in the UAE or internationally with strong knowledge of UAE building codes, HSE and QA/QC standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Primavera and/or MS Project for scheduling and resource planning.
• Strong subcontractor‑management and cost‑control capabilities.
