Construction Site Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead steel‑structure projects across the UAE. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time and within budget while meeting client specifications and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all day‑to‑day construction activities on site, including steel structure erection and related civil works.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and client representatives.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, allocate manpower, equipment and materials.
• Conduct regular site inspections to guarantee quality workmanship and HSE compliance.
• Review shop and fabrication drawings and erection plans before execution.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and prepare progress reports.
• Manage inspections, testing, snagging and hand‑over activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of construction experience, at least 5 years in the UAE managing steel‑structure projects.
• Proven track record in industrial, warehouse, factory or commercial steel‑fabrication projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, safety standards and quality requirements.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
