Construction Supervisor – Civil & Structural

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead civil and structural works on oil and gas EPC projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing site activities, ensuring compliance with international codes and ADNOC standards, and delivering projects safely and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate civil and structural construction activities on EPC sites.
• Ensure all works comply with BS, ASTM and ACI building codes and on‑site testing procedures.
• Manage drawing review, execution planning and quality control in line with ADNOC HSE and quality standards.
• Lead a multidisciplinary site team, monitor progress, and report to project management.
• Maintain safety records and enforce HSE policies throughout the construction phase.

Required profile

• Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years as a Construction Supervisor on oil and gas EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of international building codes (BS, ASTM, ACI) and on‑site testing methods.
• Familiarity with ADNOC HSE and quality requirements; ADNOC approval is a plus.
