About the role
Careers International is hiring a Construction Supervisor in Dubai to manage site activities, make sure work is carried out according to approved drawings and standards, and coordinate with site personnel and contractors for efficient execution.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise all construction site activities.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor daily productivity and resolve site issues.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports.
- Inspect work for quality and safety compliance.
- Liaise with engineers for clarifications and approvals.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Registered and certified in the relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
- Familiarity with HSE procedures and standards.
- Ability to manage teams and subcontractors; good communication and leadership skills.
- GCC experience is an advantage.
