About the role

SearchPlus HR is seeking highly qualified Consultant Anesthesiologists with UK CCT or equivalent Western qualifications to join a leading private hospital in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering safe, high‑quality anesthesia care across a range of surgical procedures and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pre‑operative assessments and risk evaluations.
• Develop and implement personalized anesthesia plans using general, regional, and local techniques.
• Administer and manage anesthesia safely throughout surgical procedures.
• Continuously monitor patients, adjusting anesthesia levels as needed.
• Provide postoperative pain management and support patient recovery.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and manage anesthesia‑related complications.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering anesthesia care in a reputable healthcare setting.
• Expertise in general, regional and local anesthesia techniques.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical‑thinking and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage emergencies effectively under pressure.
