Consultant Associate – Tax & ERP

About the role

We are seeking a Consultant Associate for a 4‑month contract to support tax and ERP consulting projects. This position is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals eager to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced consulting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support consultants with research, analysis and preparation of client deliverables.
• Assist with tax and ERP‑related projects, documentation, and data analysis.
• Use Excel for analysis, reporting and presentations, and explore AI tools to improve workflows.
• Collaborate across projects, contribute fresh ideas and take ownership of assigned tasks.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or 0–1 year of experience with academic exposure to Tax, ERP, Accounting, Finance or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills and attention to detail.
• Curious, adaptable, and able to work onsite in Dubai or Abu Dhabi with a valid UAE work authorization.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis, reporting).
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience or interest in AI tools for research and analysis.
