Senior Business Analyst – Back‑Office Systems

About the role

The Senior Business Analyst will lead business analysis and requirements gathering for the group’s back‑office platform across multiple brokerage and asset‑management lines. The role focuses on identifying gaps between the current legacy solution and the company’s future strategy, product roadmap, and regulatory needs.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse detailed requirements for back‑office systems supporting retail brokerage, institutional brokerage, market making, and asset management.
• Conduct comprehensive GAP analysis to align the existing solution with future products and strategic objectives.
• Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents, system specifications, and data‑governance recommendations.
• Evaluate system architecture, hardware, and process automation opportunities, proposing enhancements where needed.
• Collaborate with business units, IT, and vendors to translate requirements into detailed specifications and support UAT execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration or Economics.
• Minimum eight years of experience in financial services, specifically back‑office systems within brokerage, investment banking or capital markets.
• Proven experience with electronic trading environments and back‑office operations.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal abilities.
