Consultant Cosmetic Surgeon – Western Qualified

About the role

A leading private hospital in the UAE is seeking a Western‑qualified Consultant Cosmetic & Plastic Surgeon to deliver advanced aesthetic and reconstructive surgical care.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized cosmetic surgery treatment plans.
• Perform facial, breast and body aesthetic procedures such as rhinoplasty, facelift, eyelid surgery, breast augmentation/reduction, liposuction and abdominoplasty.
• Conduct pre‑operative assessments, obtain informed consent and explain risks and expected outcomes.
• Provide post‑operative monitoring, follow‑up care and manage complications.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to patient‑safety and infection‑control standards.
• Collaborate with anaesthesia and other clinical teams to ensure safe peri‑operative care.
• Participate in clinical audits and quality‑improvement activities.

Required profile

• Medical degree with recognised specialist training in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery.
• Western‑recognised specialist qualification (e.g., UK CCT/CCST with FRCS (Plast), US Board certification, Canadian Royal College, Irish, Australian FRACS, New Zealand or equivalent European qualification).
• Extensive experience in cosmetic and aesthetic surgery, demonstrating competence in facial, breast and body‑contouring procedures.
• Strong patient communication, clinical judgement and complication‑management skills.
• Experience in a leading private hospital or specialist cosmetic surgery centre is preferred.
