Consultant Critical Care Physician – UAE (High Salary, ICU Excellence)

About the role

A leading internationally accredited healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its high‑acuity ICU and multidisciplinary critical care services. Key responsibilities

• Lead management of critically ill medical, surgical, trauma and postoperative patients in ICU.
• Provide advanced organ support including ventilation, haemodynamic management, renal support coordination and sepsis care.
• Perform critical care procedures such as airway management, central venous access and invasive monitoring according to privileges.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary rounds with consultants, nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacy and allied health teams.
• Guide family communication, goals‑of‑care discussions and ethical decision‑making.
• Support ICU protocols, infection prevention, audit, simulation training and quality improvement.

Required profile

• Internationally trained Consultant Critical Care Physician with recognized qualification (e.g., American Board, UK CCT, European Diploma, etc.).
• Strong clinical judgement, evidence‑based practice and commitment to patient safety.
• Excellent communication skills with culturally diverse patients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to adapt to UAE healthcare regulations and documentation standards.
