Consultant Dermatologist

About the role

A leading healthcare facility in the UAE is looking for an experienced Consultant Dermatologist to work on site. The consultant will diagnose and treat skin, hair and nail disorders and provide advanced medical, surgical and aesthetic dermatological care.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis and skin infections
• Evaluate and treat hair and nail disorders
• Perform procedures including skin biopsies, cryotherapy and minor skin surgeries
• Offer aesthetic treatments such as laser procedures, injectables and skin rejuvenation
• Manage complex cases, monitor outcomes and provide follow-up care
• Collaborate with other specialists and supervise junior medical staff
• Maintain accurate medical records and support clinical quality improvement

Required profile

• MBBS or equivalent primary medical qualification
• Master's degree, postgraduate specialist qualification, fellowship or equivalent internationally recognized qualification in Dermatology
• Significant post-specialization experience at Consultant level
• Experience in medical, surgical and aesthetic dermatology is an advantage
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership and patient communication skills
