Consultant – Emiratization (UAE National)

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated UAE National to join our consulting team. In this role, you will lead and deliver complex consulting projects across various industries, providing strategic insights and driving initiatives that enhance organizational performance and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality outcomes, and alignment with client expectations.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Monitor project progress, conduct regular reviews, and adjust strategies to meet goals and milestones.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Conduct detailed analysis of client business operations to identify improvement opportunities and develop strategic recommendations.
• Provide expert insights on process optimization, change management, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and senior stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Lead and mentor cross‑functional teams, promoting collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a consulting environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
• Knowledge of business process modeling techniques and project‑management methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a goal‑oriented approach.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus. Emirati nationals only.
