Consultant ENT Physician – UAE

About the role

A leading internationally accredited healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its ENT outpatient and surgical services. The Consultant ENT Physician will join a multidisciplinary team delivering high‑quality care to a diverse international patient population.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat adult and pediatric ENT conditions, including sinus disease, ear disorders, voice problems and airway complaints.
• Perform ENT procedures such as endoscopy, myringotomy, tonsillectomy, septoplasty and functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS).
• Manage emergencies including epistaxis, airway compromise, foreign bodies and acute infections.
• Collaborate with audiology, speech therapy, paediatrics, oncology and radiology teams for integrated patient care.
• Provide patient counselling on surgical options, risks, recovery and long‑term management.
• Maintain compliance with surgical safety, consent, documentation and infection‑control standards.

Required profile

• Strong clinical judgement with a commitment to evidence‑based practice and patient safety.
• Excellent communication skills for culturally diverse patients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to adapt to UAE healthcare regulations, documentation standards and hospital governance.
