Consultant Family Medicine – American Board/UK CCT

About the role

SearchPlus HR is recruiting a highly qualified Consultant in Family Medicine for a leading healthcare provider in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves delivering comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in a modern, collaborative clinical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide preventive, acute and chronic disease management for patients of all ages.
• Conduct routine health assessments, screenings, vaccinations and health education.
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of medical conditions and coordinate specialist referrals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and participate in quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• American Board Certification, UK CCT, or another recognized Western qualification in Family Medicine.
• 3–5 years of post‑board/CCT experience as a Consultant in Family Medicine.
• Strong expertise in preventive medicine, chronic disease management and comprehensive primary care.
• Commitment to evidence‑based, patient‑centered care and high clinical standards.
