Consultant Obstetrician & Gynecologist

About the role

Stafmed is recruiting a highly experienced Consultant Female Obstetrician & Gynecologist for a full-time position with a leading hospital in the UAE. The role covers comprehensive women's healthcare, including obstetrics, gynecology and management of complex reproductive health conditions, within a progressive clinical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care for female patients
• Manage antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of gynecological conditions
• Perform gynecological procedures and surgeries as required
• Manage high-risk pregnancies and complex obstetric cases
• Care for reproductive health, menstrual disorders and hormonal conditions
• Develop personalised, evidence-based treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Take part in clinical governance, audit and quality improvement
• Support departmental education, teaching and service development

Required profile

• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Recognised Tier 1 qualification such as ABMS, Canadian Royal College certification, UK CCT/CCST or an equivalent
• At least 3-5 years of post-specialisation experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Eligibility for Consultant-level licensing with DHA, DOH or MOHAP
