Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon (American Board/UK CCT)

About the role

SearchPlus HR is recruiting a highly qualified Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon for a leading healthcare provider in the United Arab Emirates. The role offers the chance to work in state‑of‑the‑art surgical facilities within a collaborative, patient‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions, including trauma, joint disorders, sports injuries and degenerative diseases.
• Perform advanced orthopedic procedures such as joint replacement, arthroscopy, fracture fixation and other specialized surgeries.
• Conduct patient consultations, develop individualized treatment plans and provide comprehensive pre‑ and post‑operative care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Required profile

• American Board Certification, UK CCT, or another recognized Western qualification in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Eligibility for, or active, DHA/DOH/MOH Consultant License.
• Minimum 3–5 years of post‑board/CCT experience as a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon.
• Strong expertise in complex case management and advanced surgical techniques.
