Consultant Partner Management – Professional Services

About the role

Join Dell’s Professional Services team in Dubai as a Consultant Partner Management. You will work closely with sales, customer service, partners and technical support groups to drive the design, delivery and continuous improvement of sophisticated service projects.

Key responsibilities

• Travel across the CEEMETA region to support service sales and delivery, representing the partner component and fostering a culture of accountability.
• Develop and own strategic partner plans (18‑24 month horizon), align global partner programs with line‑of‑business needs, and manage escalations with partners.
• Collaborate with field delivery, resource management, procurement and finance to create consistent partner subcontracting metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead in‑theatre transformation initiatives, incorporate industry best practices, and support financial alignment with annual operating plans.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of service delivery models and partner ecosystems.
• Proven ability to work under matrix management with senior leadership.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Negotiation, conflict resolution and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively and engage with partners across the region.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
