Consultant Partner Management – Professional Services

About the role

Join Dell Technologies' Professional Services team in Dubai as a Consultant Partner Management. You will work across sales, customer service, partners and technical support groups to manage the lifecycle of complex, high‑risk projects from design through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Travel across the CEEMETA region to support service sales and delivery, representing the partner component.
• Collaborate with service sales planning to identify and engage the best partners for each opportunity.
• Engage with delivery teams and partners on strategic accounts to ensure performance and address escalations.
• Develop and own a 18‑24 month strategic partner plan, aligning with line‑of‑business needs.
• Drive a globally consistent partner subcontracting program, measuring quality and performance.
• Influence cross‑functional stakeholders including Delivery, Resource Management, Field Operations, Procurement and Finance.
• Support financial alignment with annual operating plans and advisory efforts such as CWaaS and residency.

Required profile

• Strong experience in strategy development and partner/program management.
• Deep understanding of service delivery models and partner ecosystems.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work under matrix management with senior leadership.
• Negotiation, conflict resolution and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
