Consultant Pediatrician (American/UK/European Board)

About the role

We are looking for a highly qualified Consultant Pediatrician to deliver comprehensive, evidence‑based care to infants, children and adolescents in Dubai. The role involves managing acute and chronic pediatric conditions across outpatient, inpatient and emergency settings while upholding the highest standards of patient safety.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outpatient, inpatient and emergency pediatric care, diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions.
• Conduct well‑child examinations, developmental assessments, immunizations and family education.
• Respond to pediatric emergencies, stabilize critically ill patients and coordinate with subspecialists.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical record (EMR) documentation.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality‑improvement initiatives, research and CME activities.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Board certification from American, UK or European pediatric boards.
• Extensive experience in pediatric clinical practice.
• Strong commitment to evidence‑based medicine and patient safety.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
