Consultant Pediatrician

About the role

Mubadala Health Dubai is seeking an experienced Consultant Pediatrician to deliver comprehensive, patient‑centred medical care to infants, children, and adolescents. The role involves assessment, diagnosis, treatment and ongoing management of a wide range of acute and chronic paediatric conditions while upholding the highest standards of clinical quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment and follow‑up care for paediatric patients across diverse clinical conditions.
• Manage acute and chronic childhood illnesses and deliver age‑appropriate preventive and developmental care.
• Monitor growth and development, identifying concerns that require further evaluation.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care and refer patients to paediatric subspecialties when appropriate.
• Support clinical governance, patient safety, quality improvement and evidence‑based practice initiatives.

Required profile

• Medical degree from a recognised institution.
• Specialist qualification or board certification in Pediatrics/Paediatrics.
• Eligibility for or holding a DHA professional licence to practise as a Consultant Pediatrician in Dubai.
• Relevant post‑specialisation clinical experience with demonstrated ability to manage a broad range of paediatric cases independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, parents and caregivers.
