About the role

A leading internationally accredited healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its paediatric services and seeks an experienced Consultant Pediatrician. The role involves delivering comprehensive care to infants, children and adolescents in both outpatient and inpatient settings within a modern, quality‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide medical care for infants, children and adolescents in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Diagnose and manage common paediatric conditions, growth concerns, infections, asthma, allergies and developmental issues.
• Support immunisation, preventive healthcare, nutrition counselling and family education.
• Coordinate care with neonatology, paediatric subspecialists, emergency medicine and allied health teams.
• Recognise and appropriately escalate acutely unwell children, ensuring safe admission and referral pathways.
• Maintain accurate, child‑safe clinical documentation and comply with UAE healthcare regulations.

Required profile

• Internationally trained Consultant Pediatrician holding a recognised specialist qualification (e.g., American Board of Pediatrics, UK CCT/MRCPCH, FRCPCH, European Board, Arab Board, MD/DNB/FCPS, etc.).
• Eligibility for UAE medical licensing and ability to meet the facility’s credentialing requirements.
• Strong clinical judgement, commitment to evidence‑based practice and patient safety.
• Excellent communication skills for culturally diverse patients and multidisciplinary teams.
