Consultant Pediatrician – UAE (Tax-Free Salary, Family Benefits)

About the role

We are seeking a Consultant Pediatrician to join our multidisciplinary team in a modern multispecialty hospital in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves delivering comprehensive, evidence‑based care to infants, children and adolescents across outpatient clinics, inpatient wards, newborn assessment and emergency settings.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full‑spectrum medical care for newborns to adolescents, including preventive health, well‑child examinations and immunisations.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic paediatric conditions such as infections, respiratory, gastrointestinal, allergic, endocrine and developmental disorders.
• Conduct detailed histories, physical examinations, growth and developmental assessments, and interpret laboratory and imaging results.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, coordinate follow‑up care and ensure continuity of services.
• Collaborate with paediatric subspecialists, neonatologists, surgeons, therapists and allied health professionals to deliver integrated, family‑centred care.
• Educate and counsel parents on nutrition, breastfeeding, vaccinations, safety and disease prevention.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or specialist qualification in Paediatrics (e.g., American Board of Pediatrics, UK CCT/MRCPC, European Board, Royal College Canada, Australian FRACP, Arab Board, MD/DNB/FCPS, etc.).
• Minimum 3 years of post‑specialist or board‑certified clinical experience.
• Eligibility for DHA / DOH / MOH licensing in the UAE (support provided).
• Ability to work in a high‑technology hospital environment with advanced diagnostic facilities.
