Consultant Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Specialist – Dubai (Tax-Free)

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant/ Specialist in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) to lead our expanding rehabilitation and pain management division in Dubai. Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and manage patients with musculoskeletal, neurological and functional impairments.
• Design and implement individualized rehabilitation programs for stroke, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, chronic pain and sports injuries.
• Perform interventional procedures such as joint injections, nerve blocks and ultrasound‑guided treatments.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists and pain specialists for multidisciplinary care.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust rehabilitation plans and provide post‑operative guidance alongside orthopedic and neurosurgical teams.
• Lead pain‑management strategies, educate patients and families, and maintain clinical documentation per DHA and international standards.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality‑improvement initiatives and continuous medical education.

Required profile

• Board‑certified PM&R specialist (ABPMR, UK CCT/GMC, European Board, Canadian/Australian Fellowship, Arab Board, FCPS, MD/DNB/FNB).
• Minimum 3–5 years post‑board clinical experience.
• Eligibility for DHA licensure or an active DHA license is an advantage.
