About the role

A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery services. The practice seeks a highly skilled Consultant Plastic Surgeon to join a multidisciplinary clinical team, offering strong clinical exposure and a modern, quality‑driven environment serving an international patient base.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients requiring aesthetic, reconstructive, hand, trauma, breast or soft‑tissue procedures.
• Perform surgical and non‑surgical plastic surgery interventions with safe patient selection and realistic counselling.
• Manage peri‑operative planning, consent, complications, wound care and follow‑up outcomes.
• Collaborate with dermatology, oncology, orthopaedics, ENT, maxillofacial surgery and rehabilitation teams.

Required profile

• Strong clinical judgement with a commitment to evidence‑based practice and patient safety.
• Excellent communication skills for culturally diverse patients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to adapt to UAE healthcare regulations, documentation standards and hospital governance.
• Interest in long‑term career development within a premium UAE healthcare setting.
