Consultant Radiation Oncologist – Tax-Free Salary in UAE

About the role

A leading internationally accredited healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its advanced radiotherapy services and seeks a highly skilled Consultant Radiation Oncologist. Key responsibilities

• Assess oncology patients and determine radiotherapy indications within multidisciplinary care plans.
• Develop treatment plans using modern techniques such as IMRT, VMAT, IGRT, SBRT or brachytherapy.
• Coordinate simulation, contouring, dose prescription, plan review and on‑treatment assessments.
• Manage radiation side effects, provide supportive care and conduct survivorship follow‑up.
• Participate in tumour boards with medical oncology, surgery, radiology, pathology and palliative care.
• Maintain radiation safety, documentation, consent and quality‑assurance standards.

Required profile

• Internationally trained Consultant Radiation Oncologist with recognised specialist qualification (e.g., ABR, UK CCT/FRCR, Royal College Canada, FRANZCR, Arab Board, MD/DNB/FCPS).
• Strong clinical judgement, evidence‑based practice and commitment to patient safety.
• Excellent communication skills with culturally diverse patients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to adapt to UAE healthcare regulations and hospital governance.
