Consultant / Specialist Medical Oncologist – Dubai

About the role

A leading tertiary‑care hospital in Dubai is expanding its oncology services and seeks a qualified Medical Oncologist to join a multidisciplinary cancer care team. The role involves delivering comprehensive, evidence‑based cancer treatment to an international patient population in a modern, JCI‑accredited environment.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of solid tumours and selected haematologic cancers.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy and hormonal therapy.
• Administer and monitor systemic cancer therapies, ensuring safety and adherence to protocols.
• Assess treatment response, adjust management strategies, and handle therapy‑related toxicities.
• Participate in tumour board meetings and multidisciplinary case discussions.
• Provide counselling and education to patients and families regarding diagnosis and treatment options.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or specialist qualification in Medical Oncology.
• Minimum 3 years of post‑qualification experience in oncology practice.
• Experience working in outpatient clinics, inpatient consultations and systemic therapy management.
