Consulting Intern - Strategy (UAE Nationals Only)

About the role

Roland Berger, a German-founded European consultancy, is recruiting a Consulting Intern in Abu Dhabi for students interested in hands-on strategy consulting experience. The internship covers problem-solving, business analysis and client engagement. It is open to UAE nationals only, with an immediate start date.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams on assignments for top companies across various industries
• Conduct research and gather data to support project objectives
• Analyze complex business problems and help develop innovative solutions
• Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations
• Take part in client meetings and interviews to gather information and present results
• Support project deliverables such as strategic plans and organizational redesigns
• Contribute to internal knowledge-building initiatives and team discussions
• Assist in market analysis, production strategies and sourcing optimization projects

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, STEM or Data Analytics
• Excellent academic record
• UAE nationality only; applicant preferably based in Abu Dhabi
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English and Arabic communication skills
• Previous internship or relevant experience
