About the role

The Consulting Practice Manager – Advisory Services will lead a high‑performing advisory practice in the United Arab Emirates. You will combine deep accounting expertise with strategic thinking to deliver financial consulting solutions to a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the advisory consulting practice, ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Develop and enhance service offerings such as tax advisory, audit support, and financial planning.
• Provide strategic financial guidance on mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, risk management, and performance improvement.
• Maintain compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and local regulatory requirements.
• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships while identifying growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on business‑development strategies.
• Mentor consultants and accounting professionals, supporting career development and knowledge sharing.
• Allocate resources across projects and implement quality‑assurance processes.
