Consumer Insights Specialist

About the role

The Consumer Insights Specialist will lead user research for key markets in the United Arab Emirates, focusing on new car owners. This role combines social analysis, trend insight, and automotive knowledge to shape product development across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research for key markets, analysing macro‑level factors such as social, demographic, economic, cultural, psychological and consumption dynamics.
• Create social group maps and detailed user profiles to inform product strategy.
• Manage product research projects, including tendering, design planning, on‑site execution monitoring, data validation, report revision and documentation.
• Develop regional user insight reports that reflect local characteristics and needs, guiding development for various market segments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in sociology, psychology, demography, marketing, economics, applied statistics, anthropology or related fields.
• Native Arabic speaker and holder of a driver’s licence with at least one year of practical driving experience are preferred.

Required skills

• Experience in user research and vehicle‑related research.
• Strong trend insight and social analysis abilities, with cross‑domain collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with basic automotive construction and principles.
