Content and Social Media Associate

About the role

Mumzworld, the leading parenting platform in the Middle East, is seeking a creative and organized individual to own its English social‑media presence. You will focus on Instagram and LinkedIn, turning brand ideas into engaging, high‑performing content that supports and inspires parents.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the English Instagram account and support LinkedIn content.
• Build and maintain a monthly social‑media content calendar aligned with campaigns and seasonal moments.
• Conceptualise and produce Instagram Stories, Reels, carousels, static posts and community‑focused content.
• Write captions that reflect Mumzworld’s tone of voice and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, copywriters, CRM, PR and Brand teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Identify trending formats, sounds and creators relevant to parents and adapt them for the brand.
• Coordinate photoshoots and short‑form video production when needed.
• Publish content, monitor comments and messages, and coordinate responses with customer service.
• Track performance, prepare monthly reports and recommend improvements based on analytics and competitor activity.
• Support influencer collaborations and user‑generated content initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience managing social media for a consumer brand.
• Excellent written English and strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and emerging social‑media trends.
• Ability to create content that resonates with parents and drives engagement.
