Content Creator (French speaker)

About the role

We are expanding our marketing team and need a structured, business‑oriented Content Creator who can produce high‑quality material that drives engagement, generates qualified leads, and reinforces our brand credibility across real estate, corporate services, and investment lines.

Key responsibilities

• Create and produce content for social media, website, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with brokers and internal teams to develop property videos, listings, and business‑related assets.
• Adapt tone, format, and messaging to suit each platform, audience, and business line.
• Translate market insights into clear, engaging content.
• Maintain and update structured content calendars across all channels.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimise content based on data, not vanity metrics.
• Support marketing campaigns with strong written and visual assets.
• Coordinate with external vendors such as photographers, videographers, and designers when needed.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in content creation, preferably in real estate or a business‑driven environment.
• Fluent in French and English with strong storytelling abilities.
• Clear understanding of how content converts into engagement and qualified leads.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with structure and discipline.
• Creative mindset combined with a business‑oriented approach.
